Dr. Winston Craig discusses the benefits of a healthy vegetarian diet and these critical nutrients for human health. Dr. Craig has served as professor of nutrition for both Andrews and Loma Linda Universities. He is a former chair of the Department of Nutrition and Wellness at Andrews University. Dr. Craig has authored over 300 scientific articles for health publications, and is the editor for the landmark scientific book for health professionals, Vegetarian Nutrition and Wellness, published by CRC Press.
