The dove is the symbol associated with this day. On this day the UN encourages the entire planet to observe 24 hours of non-violence and cease-fire. It may be a challenge to imagine world peace, but it’s never inappropriate to pray for peace. LifeTalk Radio encourages everyone to pray for peace, not only on September 21, but on every day of the year.
