Did you know the first Sunday after labor day is Grandparents Day? It is celebrated here in the United States and also in several other countries around the world. It’s designed to show the importance of the bond between grandparents and their grandchildren. Congress passed legislation on National Grandparents Day in 1978 and President Jimmy Carter signed the proclamation. LifeTalk Radio wishes to honor the millions of grandparents around the world.
